Ohyu overview page

Ohyu are combination attacks and defences.

 

In some the attacker changes to the defender and /or Defender to attacker.
They are more complicated than the Ippons.
They also Introduce some new techniques.
Once you have learnt them you could use some of the techniques in sparring.
